You don’t have to have all the answers—just the courage to start, and for first responders, therapy can be especially beneficial in navigating unique challenges.

Not at all. Being a first responder is my previous career, and it’s one of the hardest professions when it comes to accessing mental health services due to the stigma and the many risks associated with seeing a therapist. I offer therapy for couples and anyone who is in need and wants help.

I do not accept insurance for my mental health services. However, if you have an insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits. In that case, you can check with your insurer about possible reimbursement for your out-of-pocket payments. I do offer a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, which can also be useful for first responders therapy. I charge a small fee for super bills that is dependent on the time and size of the file. Additionally, I currently accept all major credit cards, including FSA / HSA cards, for services like therapy for couples.

We are happy to provide mental health services, including therapy for couples and first responders therapy, to adults age 18+.

Sessions last 50 minutes, providing essential first responders therapy, mental health services, and therapy for couples.

At this time, I only see clients virtually, including those seeking first responders therapy, mental health services, and therapy for couples.
